  1. I’m fat and I actually think F21’s plus line has gotten better. Torrid’s clothes are often more flattering (unlike a lot of F21 clothes that are just bigger sizes of the straight line without considering bigger bodies), but the quality isn’t actually all that great for the price. Torrid seriously expects me to shell out $50 bucks for a shirt and it’ll often be similar in quality to a $20 F21 shirt. With F21 you just have to shop in store and try everything on since you never know what you’re gonna get.

    I’ll admit that I first loved the Faith 21 line (I’m only plus sized on top), but then again, the quality REALLY declined over the past year. I don’t know ANY self-respecting big girl who would wear the current F21+ shit–even the rockabilly ones.

    Torrid is great, but the cost is sometimes too prohibitive for me. On the other hand, Torrid clothes are of MUCH better quality, so you get your money’s worth.
